A large site displaying Spode's bone china, with limited editions, miniatures, monogrammed services, etc. The Visitor Centre offers a video show, picture gallery, Museum, demonstrations and factory tours; don't miss the famous Blue Room of early Spode blue and white ware. Other information includes company and pattern histories, and bibliography; pattern matching services; care of antiques; and details about the collectors club. Factory shops also sell seconds.

Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden  (Dresden, Germany)
About the museums of the Dresden State Art Collections, their resources, exhibitions and events. The Porcelain Collection in the Zwinger, one of 'the most important' in the world, includes Chinese ware, Japanese Imari and Kakiemon porcelain. Pieces by Boettger, Kaendler and Hoeroldt illustrate the development of Meissen porcelain. The Zwinger reopened in 2002 after renovations.
